Worldwide shipping from Sweden
All orders are shipped with PostNord and include tracking.
The shipping time starts from the day your order is dispatched. Orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Domestic
1–3 business days (€4 standard)
Europe & UK
2–7 business days (€10 tracked)
United States
5-14 business days ($15 tracked)
Rest of the World
5–14 business days (€10 tracked)
You'll receive a tracking ID via email once your order is shipped.
After your parcel leaves Sweden, you can continue tracking it via your local postal service.
Customs Notice
All items are handmade by me in Sweden (EU) and shipped directly from my studio.
As your parcel passes through customs, you may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees. These are set by your country’s authorities.
I complete all customs forms accurately to minimize issues but I cannot influence or predict charges.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and any costs to reship the package must be paid by the customer.
For U.S. Customers:
A 15% tariff (import duty) is added at checkout. We pre-pay this duty to U.S. Customs(CBP) through PostNord. So when your package arrives, there are no extra fees and your package arrives custom cleared.
