Right of Withdrawal

Refund & Return Details

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the cost of the items received from you.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

US Orders (Tariffs & Duties): For customers in the United States, please note that paid import tariffs and customs duties are non-refundable, as these fees are processed directly by customs authorities and cannot be recovered.

Return Address: Items must be returned to the sender address written on the original shipping label package.

Refund Processing & Item Condition

We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as your original transaction once we have received the goods back. You may open the package and try the item on to check the fit and style. However, if an item is returned damaged, worn, or visibly used, the cost of the damage or loss in value will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and any costs to reship the package must be paid by the customer.
